They are very thorough and make sure the job is done right. Everyone is so nice and the owner will jump on the phone and answer any questions you have. We have used them a couple times now and have been very satisfied. The crew is polite, friendly and very helpful. I feel they really go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the job.

AC Pros quickly responded to our request of needing an estimate to repair our pool heater. They came out in a very timely manner, were extremely professional and explained everything to us! We are very happy with the service we've received and highly recommend AC Pros!!!

My elderly mother had a problem with her AC and when I called for assistance, they were very quick to respond and send someone out. He was very professional and knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything to us. They gave us a much better solution to the issue than the last company did that basically tried to rip my mom off because she's older. Very honest and great company! I highly recommend them!!!

This is my second 5 star review for that company - AC stopped working all of a sudden due to clogged pipe. The owner was very quick with his response and scheduled a service right away. Obner was such a blessing and so professional - he fixed the issue promptly so now the unit is working like new. Would continue using and recommending them! Very happy customer here.

Many technicians come do the work and leave. Not AC ProAC. They take the time to explain the issues, share informative tips in how to maintain your appliances. I was so impressed with their candor and knowledge.

AC Pros did a great job of repairing our AC system until it was obvious we needed a new system. They then communicated with American Home Shield to get us a new system and even sweetened the deal a little. We are happy with their service.

Wes and his crew are the only company I've found so far that do what they promise and don't make excuses. They are very conscious of their customers needs (my wife and I both have breathing problems) and made an extra effort to insure sure my wife and I would be safe and comfortable.
